1- Below are ideas that some people have about reading. Read each statement and then decide if you agree, disagree, or don’t knew

a- To understand a text you must understand all the words in it.

b- While reading our eyes must identify letter by letter and word by word.

c- Reading comprehension depends on our personal abilities which can’t be controlled or improved.

d- Reading comprehension depend on what the reader already knows about the topic.

e- You should read a text from the first word to the last word to identify its topic.

f- The only way to find out the meaning of a new word is to look it up in a dictionary or ask the teacher.
