Asking Questions I

Students should be able to ask a question just as easily as they can answer one .There are two types of questions : those beginning with a verb (A), and those beginning with a question word (B).

Type A

Are you Spanish ? Yes, I am (Spanish) .

                             No, I am not (Spanish)

Do you learn English at school? Yes , I learn English at school.

                                                 Yes , I do.

Did your brother arrive home safely?Yes, my brother arrived home safely.

                                                         Yes, He did.

Have you read any of Shakespeare’s plays?No, I haven’t ( read an of Shakespeare’s plays).

                                                                  Yes, I have read (some of Shakespeare’s plays.)

Would you like to look at my photos? Yes , I would ( like to look at your photos)

Will they be coming b train?Yes, the will (be coming n train.)
